I realize this is an emotional issue for you, but I don't think you read what I wrote. The Highway patrol _did_ claim the driver was traveling too fast ... and the fact that he struck another vehicle proves that ... a competent driver keeps his vehicle under control even with systems failures ... that's kind of my whole point that businesses should monitor their driver's actions 24-7 to _avoid_ them getting into deadly situations ... and I certainly never suggested that any amount of money can make up for a human life.
